POWER RANKING’S: BSS MARCH

One of the main reasons I decided to start this blog is because I believe there is a large majority of Stoolies’ voices that are not heard. If you want to hear the loud minority– go to reddit and you’ll believe that 90% of all Barstool fans hate their product. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the majority of viewers just sit back and consume their product without letting their voice be heard.

For example: the latest “Yak” episode has over 85K views on YouTube w/ only 161 total comments. That’s a whopping 0.001% of viewers commenting on one of the most successful Barstool brands. It’s about damn time the majority let their voices be heard. With that being said: since I am in no way affiliated, I have decided to do a monthly blog power ranking the top BSS of the month.

Without further ado:

5. Out and About

Love her or hate her, their’s no in between. Keegs has gone full villain-mode in the recent few months and Out and About is a great platform for her to strike her victims. She’ll even attack Barstools most beloved side characters (Oldie) for being an absolute creature of a human being. This show is slowly transitioning into an “inside barstool” show which is something that is desperately needed in the Barstool Catalog… Hopefully it will outlast all of its predecessor’s (RIP Unnamed Show, Barstool Radio, etc).

4. Barstool Dog Walk

The creature that is White Sox Dave has returned. Ever since WSD’s hair transplant last year, he lost some of his stink appeal. In fact, he briefly had viewers fooled that he actually had his shit figured out. Thank the content overlords for the consistent prying from Red Ed– WSD has returned to his glory. Introducing “Brain Clash” w/ Stephen Cheah to the network has uncovered the veil and showed us that classic WSD is alive and well. Regarding WSD’s Washing Machine:

3. Telluride Bush

This is what separates Barstool from every other company in the world. A PR nightmare turns into the greatest promotion Telluride Bush has ever received. From the NYT to the Daily mail, the bush is making waves following their content trip overseas. It’s clear that Telluride Bush is a hit in the making–and in the most “Barstool way”, their main focus of gaming is secondary to the viewers. #backthebush and whatever you do, DON’T blame Miresh.

2. Son of a Boy Dad

The year is 2026 and it turns out having 2 dads is better than 1 when it comes to this show. It was only a matter of time before “Boy Dad” started to get the recognition it deserves. This trio is showing it has true range sprinkling in interviews w/ creators of the popular HBO show “Neighbors”, as well as a 2 part episode FT comedian Nick Mullens. Personally, my favorite Boy Dad shows are the ones with just Rone, Sas and Francis. The occasional BoyStory crossover always hits as well.

1. Mostly Sports

I would guess that this show is the highest grossing “new” show at BSS. At different times in their careers, you could make the case both Titus and BFW don’t work well with others. All you have to do is pick up Mark Titus’ NYT Best selling “Don’t Put me in Coach” to read about his uncanny ability to get under others’ skin (Shout out Evan Turner). However, these two personalities have come together to create one of the best consistent products on the BSS, and including fans in their shows is a big reason why. This years’ opening day episode produced a tear-jerking clip where a fan sent BFW his late father’s old HS football brochure.
